  Both Jim and Eliza were extremely compassionate and professional. They excelled in providing extraordinary customer service and were SO pleasant to deal with during a difficult time. Jim even traveled to my home after normal working hours to meet with us to make final arrangements for my Father. He went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible for us. I received many positive comments from the friends and family that attended the memorial service because everything was so nice and the environment was comfortable. I recommend Simplicity without any hesitation to everyone looking for a funeral home.

  I have done business with Jim several times, every time the experience has been both professional and personal. This is a place that truly cares about the celebration of your loved ones. A staff that wants each moment of your experience to be perfect and is as concerned about how that person is remembered as you are, they bring you in to their family and grieve with you and pay attention to the small things so that you can concentrate on the wonderful memories of your loved one. We recently laid to rest my mother in law at the new facility in Summerville the service was perfect and the accommodations for the attendees were superb. Jim and his staff treat you like family and in a time of mourning they also watch out for you bottom line, totally professional, personal, and caring.

  My Mother Passed Away Unexpectedly . I Immediately Walked In And Felt A Sense Of Comfort . Simplicity Was THE ONLY Funeral Homes That Helped Me And Was Understanding . They Fulfilled Every Expection That I Had . Very Very Pleased. Would Recommend To Anyone In Need Of Service .

  On December 23, 2016 we lost our beloved grandmother to cancer. Simplicity was there in the midst of our sorrow with true sincerity, professionalism, and grace. We are forever grateful that Simplicity was there to walk our family through the process and to handle our requests with respect, patience, and reverence. There was such compassion in our time of grief. It was a relief to have Simplicity by our side. Our family would highly recommend their services.
